Sanjiv Tripathy is a Senior Executive Leader trained in Strategy, Global business & Service Excellence from Harvard Business School with ~10 years in CXO capacity as Senior Director and Regional Head (overall ~26 years) for MNCs’ such as Credit Suisse, RBS, CSC & Tata Steel, a practicing Executive Coach and aspiring Independent Director. He is a BE (EEE) and MBA.

He brings ~18 years Global experience in managing Cyber, Technology Risk & Security, Resilience and BCM, Audit, IT Transformation, setting up and leading off-shore development centres, Business & Service excellence, Change management, TQM, Organisation development and People.

Sanjiv has experience of building highly skilled CoEs at global scale with optimised cost in specialist areas - Risk, Security, BCM, Third party management, Testing & IT Infrastructure, leading cross functional teams (~300 members, $~60+ Mn budgets).

Sanjiv has set up and Lead pan India Resilience and BCM capability for global banks with extensive experience in BCM including defining BC strategy, BC planning at organisation and Business level, Disaster Recovery & IT Continuity, end to end BC testing, setting up and managing Crisis and Incident management, Chief Building officer role, presenting BC to global regulators, training and awareness and Resilience & BCM improvements.
